hanger 16.  Rebels hunt down the Prez and kill
him!  The Prez will die slowly, if Rebels 
are allowed to advance flag into Nuclear 
Storage area! 

Scoring: 25/35 points if Prez makes it to 
Extr point. 10/25 pts. if Rebels 
kill Prez.

Notes: Prez can steal battle plans for a
extra 10 points. Extr. Team, last man out
secure base. Flag stays for 3 secs if dropped.
Flag carrier moves at full speed.
