Exchange League - Capture The Flag

Objectives: 
Get the enemey flag, return it to your base.
Defend your flag. 

Scoring: 10 points per Capture.

Other Notes: Flag carriers drop the Flag when
they die. Dropped flags return to their Base
after 60 seconds. There is a water route into 
the flag room from the ground floor of the enemy base.
A switch in the enemy base allows access to the water 
for 60 seconds when you run into it.
