Objective: Each team must take the opposing
team's flag from the middle level of the 
enemy base to their sniper loft.

Scoring: Flag Movement -  3 points in total
	 Flag Capture - 5 points

Other Notes: Flags return after 60 seconds or 
when touched by the owning team.  Frags are 
awarded for flag movement, flag capture, and 
flag return.
