Oracle - Capture The Flag

Objectives: 
Get the enemey flag, return it to your base.
Defend your flag. 

Scoring: 10 points per Capture.

Other Notes: Flag carriers drop the Flag when
they die. Dropped flags return to their Base
after 60 seconds. If it have flag when a Flag
was dropped on a valley, a flag will return to a Base
immediately. When you threw and drop a Flag, 
it returns to a Base after 60 seconds.
