================================================================ Title : Sniper Central Date : 2-21-99 Filename : SNIPER_C.BSP Author(s) : Jim Martin (Trails) and Brad Veenvliet (Veener) Email Address : veener@home.com Description : 2-6 Player DM map for Half-Life Other Level : This is our first map, with hopefully more to come! Description : This map is loosely based on one of our favourite maps in Duke Nukem, but this one is much more fun and will actually play acceptably on the Internet! We recommend that you enable flashlights and realistic falling damage on the server. Gauss jumping is awesome on this map, see if you can jump up to the various platforms, on the lights and out of the trenches if you happen to fall in. Sniping is amazing, as well as a nice open area to use the laser guided rockets. IMHO, there aren't enough half-life maps with somewhat large open areas with r_speeds that are playable. I hope that this map gains popularity with others, we sure enjoy playing it. Special Thanks: : Valve Software and id software for making such amazing games that I spend FAR too much time on for my own good... ================================================================ * Play Information * Single Player : No Deathmatch : Yes Difficulty Settings : No New Sounds : No New Graphics : No New Music : No ================================================================ The filez go into the Half-Life\valve\maps directory...
