Objective:  The Immigrants have to make it to
the tunnel that leads to America.  The Coyotes 
protect the Immigrants from the Border Patrol.
The Border Patrol tries to kill the Immigrants 
and Coyotes.

Scoring:  The Border Patrol receives 1 point for
every immigrant that dies from whatever means.  
The Coyotes and Immigrants get 2 points whenever 
an Immigrant reaches America.

Misc: Border Patrol cannot go to Mexico from the 
road entrance.  Immigrants cannot touch the road 
past the chain-link fence.
