           BACKSTORY
*********************************
The year is 2505, and human exploration has brought activity and struggle to
the Ross 128 system(about 3.3 parsecs from Earth).  Two rogue factions broken 
off from the United Earth Forces are fighting for dominance of a strategic moon
orbiting an unnamed planet in the system.
